Positive: Host waited for us and meet us in person.
Negative: There was no sound system available, and the television was not connected, which meant we could not use it for music or entertainment. No coffee machine was provided – at this price point per night, one would reasonably expect a coffee machine along with some added luxuries such as an ice maker. The kitchenware was also disappointing: all the knives were extremely blunt, and the glassware consisted of mismatched shapes and sizes, with no complete or comfortable selection. Additionally, there was no cleaning service on Sunday. The bathroom towels were well below standard – small, worn, and with no extra sets provided when servicing was unavailable on Sunday
